Join me for a 30 minute SCULPT + SWEAT FULL BODY WORKOUT with warm up and cool down included! Today I'll be using two 10 LB weights. For one of the exercises I'll be using a wall nearby, but I'll also provide an option without the wall. Intervals are 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. Today's workout is intense but as always I'll provide modifications throughout. So get ready to sweat! 💞 xox Mik

You truly have the best workouts online, and i have done SOOOO MANY, you have no idea. Yours are always just the best because you come up with so many creative moves and it’s NEVER boring. It feels good on the body, even when it’s tough at times. Just very well designed and high quality

12.4.2024: Really hard and strong muscle strength workout. No cardio (maybe a bit) in this one. One of the hardest Fitbymik workouts. Interesting moves, not boring. The curtsy/lunge combination was new, and hard, especially while staying low.

Successfully completed!! Loved this workout. Sweating but not as tired as I get doing the cardio😅. I liked the warm up and the side stretches. Really surprised myself there because although in lift weights, my arm strength is not there yet to hold myself up long enough.

Amazing. I'm sweating up a storm but I feel energized instead of spent. Your moves are so original and I love the shorter time spent on each move, and the alternating of muscle groups so each stays strong so I can keep my form. Thank you for these workouts.

Great class! However I don’t get to do 10 reps in 45 secs. Probably 1 minute would be better. More over in combined exercises like squat to curtsy lounge. Thanks Mik. FYI, I am working out in Argentina 🇦🇷 while visiting the family. ❤❤❤

I like the combination movements that are all legs or all arms, because I have to use lower weights for arms and I feel like I'm not challenging my legs if I'm using my "arm weight".

Great work out! I usually intensify the standing moves on one leg or one leg extended so I loved seeing that in this workout. I also use multiple weights and go heavier on the leg moves. Id love to see that suggestion in your workouts for other people. The combo moves I have to go with what my arms can handle and try to intensify other ways.
