Get ready for an incredible upper body workout! In this 30 MIN Upper Body Strength Workout + Weights, we've gone the extra mile to provide not only easier alternatives for some exercises but also included banded options.
This means you can do this workout anywhere, even on vacation with just your bands.
Let me know in the comments whether we should offer more often. ⬇️
Prepare to feel the burn and witness amazing results! I used 2x 10 kg & 2x 5 kg dumbbells for your reference! 💪🏻 Let's dive in together and get stronger every day!
Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to. 🙏🏼

It was a very good workout! I appreciate that you provided this banded options- next time I do this workout I will use a band 🤗 I also appreciate that the sound, when a hint appears on the screen, is different from the main signal that notifies you about starting or finishing the exercise, so it is not distracting, but gently suggests that maybe we should look at the screen. Also a big plus that there is information which dumbbells you currently use. Small details, but they really matter 🤗🤗

Oh mein Gott ich musste ganz schnell die Gewichte reduzieren 😅 Mir brennen die Arme und Schultern 😅 eine echte Nerauaforderung! 😊🎉 Liebe den grünen Tipp einblender. Das hilft so sehr. Die banded Version finde ich klasse und werde es definitiv im nächsten Urlaub wiederholen! So hat man zwei in ein!

This one killed me! I had to put the weights down for a few seconds in some of the back exercises 😂. This means tomorrow I will feel it. Yesterday lower body and today upper body. I enjoyed both 30 min sessions. This channel is getting better and better❤ thank you Kathrin😊

What a great workout Kathrin! I love a great upper body and this hit all the spots plus was pretty sweaty. Thanks for all your hard work. I love that you include the warmup and cool down in your videos. I’d love to see a short series (2-6 weeks) that is approximately 30-40 minutes. I love your style and variety. And I love that even though you have an app, that you still upload to RU-vid. ❤️
