Awesome upper body workout, we should do longer workouts like this one. Use my bar in some exercises to kick it up a notch. Thank you Michelle and Crew have a great day

Another one to repeat and master. This was very challenging but it’s good! It makes me work harder. Your crew is so strong they were able to do it all.

I love this upper body strength workout! I did a 15-minute finisher right after this for bi's, tri's and shoulders. Upper body is shaking and feeling strong! 💪🔥

Thanks Michelle and crew!! My first what I would call a normal work out since my total knee replacement (4 weeks post op). Still doing physical therapy but really needed one of your workouts (yup, had to modify anything involving my knee). Felt AMAZING !!!!! 💖

This is amazing. I alternate this and legs and have noticed a big difference in a week. Triceps flab is melting. Yay! Also, I love that song in the warmup. What is it?

Oh yeah, this was great! 👍I love supersets, because they let you get more reps in without resting! 💪We hit everything in the upper body really well 🔥, and my muscles are all shaky as I'm typing this! 😂Did your 20-minute kickboxing workout right before this, so I got a good all-around workout this morning. 😊
