This was great. I did the butterfly also in aerial yoga this morning was however tough on my arms and left shoulder. So I had my arms in all variation to relax that shoulder. In the first twist on the left I did not need to lift my leg on the wall to have the shoulder down but was different on the right side. Was very relaxing however. Thx ❤😊❤.

This is my go to practice when I haven’t been taking care of myself well and I know I need to but I just don’t have enough energy to get through any other kind of practice. It’s slow and gentle and deliberate. I appreciate the ease of each set of stretches. I do this in my bed which makes it very comfortable and cozy. Thank you for this! Would really love to see more of the yin at the wall series.
I really like your wall classes! I had my knee replacement 3 months ago and not comfortable putting pressure or weight on it such as Dragon pose. Do you have an alternative pose for dragon pose that you can suggest? Thanks!
