You have changed my life. Constant pain as damaged bulging two disc ‘your yin yoga has allowed me pain relief and for the first time in years and.so pleased I stuck with you as hard to move into any poison when I fist joined. I was able to climb a hill with more ease. I have completed 30 days and now 14 days. This is my journey and part of my daily life. Thank you

I love starting the New Year with a challenge, although I normally do yin yoga every day, and have been for years. I absolutely love your classes. Thank you! I attended all classes except two and will return to those. Love this last one as a wrap-up of the program. I have never started a class in savasana but I now plan to start that way sometimes. It's a great way to ease into a yin practice. Dear Devi, this has been a remarkable series, very enjoyable and truly addicting. I have done the 14 days in 15, just because one day I ran out of time and had to get up early for work the next day. If I could have squeezed it in I would have😀. Hi Devi, this class was perfectly relaxing ! The 14days yin challenge was a real challenge for me (I'm a very very yang person and feel some anxiety when it's about slowing things down), but I did it, we did it together, people😀 I know now how to be more gentle with my injured body, can't promise I can do it everyday, but I will definitely try to incorporate some more yin into my life. I would love to take your yin yoga course because im already a yoga aliance certified vinyasa yoga teacher (i did a 200 h teacher training last summer) and yin yoga is something so transforming, so magic.
