I haven't been able to workout with you for a while and this was a great way to restart. I gernuinely enjoyed every move (except planks, screw planks haha). The only move I had to modify was the forward lunge and knee lift. I did reverse lunges instead, is that the best modification? Thanks Coach and Claudia
