I love Amy's videos because she never does any negative body talk, it's all about strength, and when she said that there were a lot of other factors for health and that her nutrition plan was evidence-based I actually punched the air in celebration. It's tough enough to try to be healthy without all these trainers and pinterest diets telling you to hate yourself. Anyway, thank you!

Like many people, I am staying home to stay safe. I am 71, but have had a regular workout routine for many years. Body works, yoga and Pilates. Thanks to You Tube, I found your video series. Your instruction and demo are excellent! I can get a wonderful full boy workout in a short period of time. I follow it up with yoga. Many thanks.

One good thing about staying home is that I've discovered your videos. I am getting so much out of them and have just committed to doing them 3x a week instead of the 2x a week I've been doing since lockdown (mid-March). Even so, my husband has commented on how my body is looking more toned already. Thanks for providing us with these videos that are helping to keep me healthy and sane.

I loved the format of combining the first two moves into the 3rd move. It felt like a no repeat workout that I enjoy..Was a great full body exercise, I did incorporate the modifications as suggested. Being a 60 y.o. guy I could have done without the maternity reference lol. Thank you

Getting back into exercise after baby #3 and lots of weight gain. Other workouts have felt too advanced or pushing too fast, but you make exercise feel achievable and enjoyable! I love working out with you.💗

I am an enthusiastic and I have been following your videos for a few years. They really have helped keep me motivated to work out even when I’m crunched for time. My favorites include full body work outs that keep the heart pumping. I also appreciate the bit of stretching at the end and realize why you keep it short. Unless I have missed it, I would love to transition to a full body stretch where you keep time and us viewers follow along rather than just showing the moves. Thank you for your work outs!

Making my way through the 3 day/wk DB program and this one did not disappoint! Loved the basic moves and my arms were sure feeling it by that final round! Loved this one! 🤩

Just subscribed to Body Fit by Amy and I am in love! I’ve done 4 different videos so far and each one has been super beneficial! I had a personal insanity trainer but unfortunately the gym she worked for closed so our classes stopped! This brings back so much for me and it’s super convenient to do at home! This is a fantastic intermediate workout. I can't believe how much I sweat during it. I recommend doing the cardio moves during the breaks.

Tried it again, still loving the standing section & seeing which weights work best for for different moves to challenge muscles but protect joints. Modified floor movements, but what struck me as unusual was your comment about not needing water. I've always appreciated your hydration reminders and example (unlike other trainers), so was startled by any intimation that water is for wusses, since I'm sweating & sipping whenever I can. It also hit me today that it troubles me at the end of workouts when you've said this is the last move, but then add something else. By this point my joints are starting to ache & my muscles are trembling, & my safety issues get triggered. I'd much rather know that there is more to come, so I can pace and protect myself. (Yeah, survivor issues can suck sometimes.)

I definitely sweat on this. I liked the upright section, but as usual, I was left trying to figure out my own modifications on the floor, since my wrists can't support my full body weight. I also don't move as fast as you from one position on the floor to the next. As a result, the workout didn't end as well as it began for me.
