Tap into our first of many strength workouts that are designed to be safe and effective for anyone, especially women who are pregnant! This is an all-around strength training session that will target and engage the full body. We recommend using multiple sets of weights (if you have them) to help challenge you for each individual exercise. Be sure to give this workout a shot and let us know how you did!
Disclaimer: If you are performing this workout while pregnant, we advise that you get clearance by your doctor to endure you're able to do resistance training. While this workout is generally safe for pregnancy, we encourage you to listen to your body and stop any exercise that is uncomfortable.

I LOVE this workout, thank you! I'm not pregnant but I often modify the core workouts in other videos because they strain my low back or just don't feel good. This workout felt great and I didn't have to think of my own modifications, I'd love to see more!

Juice and Toya, Congratulations!! Toya, I know it feels like everyone on here might have an opinion, but (from woman to woman) I encourage you to fearlessly take as much time as you need to get back into it. It took me 6 months and I felt like it was going to be the rest of my life. Like not being as fit as I was before was going to be the new me. Let me tell you, it all comes back, just a little slowly and enjoy that time with your new little family instead of stressing over when you can do squats again. Of course, every beautiful woman is different, and you will have your own unique journey just don't be too hard on yourself. Much love to all 3 of you! Thank you for the content!!❤

I really really loved this workout. Finding workouts that are pregnancy and postpartum safe are hard cause you need to mind your core so much. This was amazing. I’ve followed you all for a while and though I’m not pregnant I am working on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength and this is now one of my favorite workouts!

I did this in place of the 100 rep challenge today. I loved it. I went low on my weights because I felt my body needed that. I saved it ti do again and plan to incorporate my heavier weights for some things. Thanks, Toya!!
