Did this one today (3-9-24) to get ready for Kempo Karate class today. I've done a lot of different kinds of workouts, but these kettlebell workouts are the best ones that I have ever done!!

Loved it! I opted to use two dumbbells for the row/curls. Was able to get 3 rounds in that way.

Thanks Mike, I’m back onto the kettlebell sessions after a niggly shoulder and physio for it. This session tested the shoulder and it seems fine using a light KB and press ups based on the knees. Let’s see what it’s like tomorrow, however, I know the rest of the body will be a bit achy😂😂😂

damn.. youtube removed a cool tennis leg exercise link.. here's a summary for a video 🎾 Tennis Plyometric Exercises for Explosive Performance: 1⃣ Frog Jumps: Great for building leg strength and agility on the court. Start slow and jump from sideline to sideline. 🐸🎾 2⃣ Weighted Squat Jumps: Boost your vertical leap and speed, crucial for high shots and quick jumps. Don't forget those dumbbells! 🏋‍♂🎾 3⃣ One-Legged Hops: Improve balance and leg strength for powerful forehands, backhands, and serves. Start with variations and build up over time. 🏃‍♂🎾 4⃣ Jumping Lunges: Perfect for low shots. Work on that lunge to get low and dominate the net. Start with 5-6 reps and don't overdo it. 🏞🎾 5⃣ Box Jumps: Enhance your explosiveness from a standstill position, ideal for reaching high shots and powerful serves. Start with one set and progress from there. 📦🎾 6⃣ Clapping Pushups: Strengthen your upper body with explosive movements. Great for chest, arms, and shoulders. Do them daily if you can! 👏💪🎾 7⃣ Medicine Ball Throws: A versatile tool for mimicking tennis strokes and improving weight transfer. Fit in 5 are 5 day structured programed workouts over 5 weeks. Not random workouts

@@gabelbrucken Usually clients start with the Fn5 series. Then move to the on demand library. I would recommend start with fn5 volume 4.

Psycho Mike great burner. Sweating out that vodka A. I would be wiped out if I was using a24kg. I scaled my usual -10kg so I used a14kg kettlebell. This was my demo 2 chinos free & fit volume 6.4
