I liked this sess a lot. I felt it was a v. doable intermediate. I really enjoyed Open Leg Rocker, and working to catch yourself at the top. I’m glad u included Tree: haven’t done that move in a while. And I am getting myself mint-coloured pants like yours: such a pretty colour!
