Cheers for this, I been tryin to find out about "workout plan at home for men" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Zanabriel Workout Weevilled - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my partner got excellent success with it.

This video is so old, I wonder if anybody checks the comments here, but I HAVE TO add a comment. . This workout is changing my life. As an overweight/near-obese man of middle years (52), I thought I might make an attempt to improve my physique during this virus lock-down, stuck at home for the last eight weeks. I found this workout somewhat randomly and it looked like something I could do... . I was wrong. During the first two weeks of doing this routine, I could not finish the second round, and I was using no weights at all, for Claudia's version of the workout. The pace was just too intense! But I was getting slowly better, progressing a little further with each go... . Eight weeks in now, and I'm using 10lb dumbbells for the first set and dropping to 8lb for the second, finishing the workout! . And I feel fabulous!!! I feel younger, really I do. I've lost 18 pounds so far and I intend to keep going. . Thank you both for this great video! . (Final note - I cannot help but be amazed how Coach Kozak keeps talking throughout the whole thing while I'm panting like a bellows and can't say two words while doing the easier version!)

Same with me, Carl. I'm a mid-fifties old woman and had never really worked out. Lock down in NYC for those first 3 weeks, I gained almost 9 pounds. Found these HasFit videos and have been cycling through about 8 of the 30 minute routines for 7 months now. I'm down 12 pounds and feel much stronger. My leg and abdominal muscles have become hard. Amazing! And I love that I can do them in my home before my work from home day begins. Thank you, HasFit!

Although I have been exercising with your videos for several weeks, after having finished this one, I can't help but say how much I love your training sessions and appreciate your efforts. I love completely everything here: multiple body parts exercises, the variety, technical professionalism of your recordings, your motivational speeches and, above all, your humanity with real hearts and souls :) I love that, when many coaches say something sounding like: "push! push! harder! harder!", you say you're not our competition, you are our team, and so on. I'm a PA and health coach and something I can attest to from exercising for 30 years is that stick-to-it-ness is greatly enhanced when redundancy is diminished. Your program is refreshing in that the exercises are creative and involve multiple body parts. Nice job and keep it up!

Lol gyms are opened here now, I was using their routines even when I was paying the gym. In lock down I bought more weights and stopped paying gym membership. Now I have my own equipment including a mountain bike, an ultimate disc and basket ball. Musch better than a gym with better social interaction.

Such a great workout. After getting used to the moves during the first round, I made it my mission to push a little harder during the second round. I've been working out with HASfit and eating cleaner since May 20th, and I've lost 13lbs so far. Thanks to you two, I'm finding myself getting stronger, both physically and mentally. I'm pushing myself more, rather than stopping once I felt too tired when I first started working out. I've done some workouts off and on in the past, but I've never come across anyone who believes in us more than you two.

I truly enjoyed this workout. I love that the music is low so I could play my own and I love that there is actually instructions. So many of these HIIT routines don't actually walk you through it. I will definitely do more of their workouts

I love these dumb bell workouts. I started with 10 lb dumbbells which were a bit too much for me. Instead of buying lower weights I stuck with the 10s and now 2 weeks later they feel easy. Looking to get heavier dumbbells now. Thanks for the workout guys.

I ruined my poor old body in an unscheduled dismount from my horse 6+ years ago. I rehabbed first with slow yoga, and got function back, but needed more. I started your chair workouts last year, then worked my way up to your more demanding videos. Today...I did this one. I am proud of having reached this level (50 % was the tougher stuff) after years of slowly pushing forward. You two have played an important role in my ongoing recovery. I am 66 and yes, I still ride my horse. He is why I worked so hard at recovering! Good night...I am beat!!

HIIT with weights instead of jumping around. I almost decided against it before I understood what it was, but I did it and loved it. I have been looking for workouts with new moves for a couple of years and HASfit fits the bill.

I did this yesterday and it kicked my butt in a good way. I’m watching it again today trying to figure out which exercise killed my inner thighs. It was the sumo deadlift! Whew! Can feel the burn today! I will definitely do this one again though. Maybe tomorrow if the soreness has gone away. As I was doing it I was like I’m never doing this workout again. 30 minutes after finishing I’m like I’m doing this workout again! It’s a love hate relationship. Lol. I have done other strength workouts but this one definitely hit muscles I didn’t know I had. The hip up press pull over combo is awesome! Haven’t seen a combo like that before. Highly effective and efficient!

I'm classified as morbidly obese after packing on the pounds during pregnancy and after while breastfeeding and I've been trying to lose weight for almost three months now. This last month of my journey, I stumbled across hasfit and you guys have helped me so much. At the start of my journey I was 230 and now I'm 200. My goal is 130-140. This workout kicked my a**. I've been doing hasfit's 10-15 minute strength training but decided after a cheat meal last night to wake up and do this. I can't believe I completed the workout. I'm drenched in sweat and feel so accomplished. Thank you hasfit. I love you guys and am happy I came across your channel.

I'll admit, I have been a Fitness Blender faithful for years but I am totally falling in love with your workouts since finding them. I like that there are a lot less breaks between exercises and incorporating the weights in the HIIT portion instead of in a separate weight training section is awesome!

Have done this work out about 3x. My glutes hurt for like 2 days straight the first 2x; after effects similar to a BBL when sitting and bending, holy crap. My arms are looking SWEEEET lately!!

Excellent start to the morning!! Solid, challenging workout. I loved the rows from plank position with your foot up front, and the skiiers. I could only keep up for 20 minutes! Hopefully next time I will be able to do the full workout! This workout was step up for me from your other videos which I could keep up until the end of it! Loving these videos as I can work out from home when I can so fits perfect with my other commitments :)

You guys have changed my life. You were exactly what i needed to get back in shape, live healthy and clean again. After our last child my wife and i let ourselves go a little bit and went away from our healthy, organic lifestyle for several years. I’m terrible at being consistent with workouts. I usually give up after three days. But I’ve been following these workouts for over a week now and I still feel motivated to keep going! Thank you guys! I really feel like I can keep up with these and you provide such a variety of workouts! Great job!!

My first time doing this workout. My whole body is shaking but i feel good. Thanks for a doable great workout. Will be doing this 3 times a week and exercise bike on other days hopefully good result at the end!
