I'll be 40 next year. I tried the workout yesterday and had to quit at the 25 minute mark. I was nauseated and dizzy! Today I tried it again and got all the way through! I feel so good!

I just want to say thank you for taking the time out your lives to put up free content to help people with exercising and weight loss because you don’t have to! On the days I don’t go to the gym I search you guys up and do a 30 minute workout. At one part of the exercise I wanted to cry because coach said something that rung in my ear and to paraphrase he said “some of you are doing this to save your life” and once he said that it opened my eyes because I can’t believe that I let myself get as big as I am, but now I’m trying to do something about it and that’s what counts! it’s been almost 2 years since I started my weight loss journey and I have been successful but not as much as I would like! But As I write this I can rejoice because I’m not who I use to be and I’ve come a long ways. Again, thank you!❤️

Ni congrats and keep it up , I just started back today my highest weight is 290 I've never been this heavy even while pregnant . But I'm determined to get healthy and strong . One step at a time . ❤️👍💯

I did mostly Coach's workout, and I am sweating so much! I thought I clicked on a senior workout, and I did the whole workout thinking, if the elderly can do this, so I can I! Afterward, I realized it was actually a low-impact beginner workout. Now I'm impressed with my body and what mind over matter can do!

I've been doing the HazFit low impact HIT workouts off and on for several years. I've started up again since the lock down. So appreciate the low impact and variety of videos to choose from!!!

After a full month of break, this one feels quite easy, as most of HASFIT's beginner workouts do. Unlike HIIT workouts from other channels this doesn't make me see black spots, feel nauseous, exhausted, sleepy afterwards (probably too difficult for me). I don't have to give up during these, this is just perfect for beginners. It makes me sweat but in moderation and I do not feel like I am damaging myself. And I also like Kozak's voice, it's the first time I felt motivated merely by someone's words on youtube, not too pushy, very relaxing therefore helpful during rough moments.

Just got done doing this workout and I am sweating up a storm! Of course I had to take a 5 second break a few times but I loved this workout so much I'm gonna have to make it my regular workout and keep working at it to where I don't stop. Thank you so much, my goal is to drop 30 pounds so I'm gonna keep working hard! Keep up the good work guys :)

You guys are still at it, kicking butts with these so-called "beginner" workouts. I've done P90X, Insanity, and my own crazy workouts. But to be honest, this is a great workout even for me. I know i know, it doesn't absolutely destroy a fitness buff to the point of cardiac arrest, but it's still a great workout for anyone, even if you don't pass out half way through. I love it! If i had to pick 1 workout to do every day, it would be this one. Thanks guys!

At 70 years old, this helps move me toward my fitness goals. Balance + Endurance + Strength + Flexibility = Mobility to keep up with my three year old grandson. Thank you for all your great videos. I especially like the low impact workouts.

Starting this in the morning before i take my daughter to school. I'm down 45 lbs by diet and trying to get back in shape. It's harder when you're 40 with a bunch of military injuries.... but you gotta start somewhere to make a change

I can't tell you how grateful I am for this. I've been struggling to start working out because I can never find something that works for me. It's either too difficult or I lose my momentum and give up by the halfway point (if I even get that far). This is the first 30 min workout I've managed to finish. Hearing your words of encouragement kept me going even when I was feeling sore and exhausted. Thank you so so much!

Just found this workout. I am 50 but reasonably fit and just recovering after some weeks out with lower back pain due to 2 x bulging discs. I thoroughly enjoyed it and put a lot into it so I did sweat a bit. It was a perfect low impact workout for me. Thank you.

I LOVE Hasfit workouts! There is such a variety of workouts providing interesting workout sessions for all of your fitness needs. Claudia simply looks like a toned, trim and fit women who does not have pumped up lips, breasts or butts, providing an ideal role model and Coach doesn't look like a bouncer. Just turned 44. Been sitting behind a desk for the last 5 years. Went for a bike ride and realized my endurance is gone. Tried many work out videos, bought a total gym, elliptical and stationary bike. Can't consistently motivate myself to use any of them. But this grabbed me and pushed me to the end. Looking forward to rebuilding my energy levels.

This workout just kicked my butt! I wanted to give up so bad, but by the end on the moves I hated I was literally telling myself "Don't give up" out loud over and over because of your positivity. I love this one too because the warm up and cool down was in it so I don't have the down time between switching videos. Would love to have more full workouts like this. Would also love to see some live videos or classes on Facebook or something so we could actually do it with you.

You guys are SO awesome! I'll spread the word to my fam&friends! I'm a mom of 2, a 3 year old and a 4 month old and just starting to get more serious about my postnatal recovery. I've done Beachbody and others in the past, but your videos are PERFECT for me because 1. you remind us about proper form in detail and using imagery that I can understand and relate to; 2. you inform us of all the different muscles and muscle groups that we're working on with each movement (which helps motivate me more); 3. you are non-intimidating yet incredibly motivational which helps give me the push I need!; and 4. you give just as much info/detail about proper form to the modifications, which not many trainers/coaches do! So a HUGE THANK YOU! You've helped me feel more fit, stronger, more energized for my day and improved my overrall postpartum mood!!!!

I haven't been in a good place, and following a close family bereavement I let me exercise go for the past six months and put weight on. I didn't know where to start again or how, and I know I can't face bit gyms at the moment. So I love that I can do this from my own home before work, every morning. I just did this programme and I loved it - really enjoying the modification option, which allows me to have a daily goal to get myself back on track. Thank you so much! Xxx

the end of last year i had a very bad funk and have put on a little extra weight (im not a skinny person) i weighed myself and was unhappy with the results so i decided i want to do something about it. today is my first time using any trpe of workout video, the execrises are simple do follow along with, your quiet motivation during the video encouraged me to keep going till then end. thank you both so very much.

The biggest reason I haven’t worked out is through fear of being so overweight and exercising in a public place (silly I know). But it was a mental block, so having this video, working out at home, 2 tins of sweet corn in hand😂😂😂 I’ve burnt up a right sweat. Thank you so much for helping me kick off this weight loss❤️

I found these recently they keep me calm and feel like I can actually finish the workout. This would be my second week attempting and I didn't have to put the weights down once during my workout this time. Feels good.

I just did the first half of this workout on my lunch break in my office. I had to stop after 15 mins because I was already sweating! This is a great workout, and I will be sure to finish the second part tonight! Thank you for helping me stay motivated with my fitness goals.

Decided I wanted to feel better and get back in shape and made a short term goal to not pause the video and did it all because of the encouraging words to get through it and going to incorporate this video into my daily routine. Thank you for this great video and workout

KILLER......I normally only do 15-20 min videos due to fibromyalgia and widespread osteoarthritis so I don't overdue. I wanted to quit after 15 mins then 20 mins when I couldn't complete the full minute or so of whatever exercise, usually the last 15 seconds towards the end I would just march in place plus I drank a TON of water throughout. Was really hard but I did it. Hope I don't pay for it later.

This workout kinda saved me! It was something I could really do! Beacause the last two years I was studying hard for uni entral exam and I would hardly go out and I had the worst diet ever but this helped me to still stay kinda healthy through these years eventhough I gained weight. So thank you soooo much for making this amazing routines especially this one 😍❤

I'm 48 this year, I'm active but have NEVER worked out. I'm slimish but tummy is annoying me! Partly and age thing I'm sure! Anyways, I've just completed two weeks of this workout and although I end up a proper sweaty Betty I can do them and actually enjoy them. Thanks guys.
