Thank you for the beautiful music. I cried during this. Is like my soul was releasing all the pain from the hurt and regrets. I felt at peace as I forgave myself and others. I must be depressed because I am very tearful. Although, this video is very relaxing and soothing for the soul. It brings you down to earth. Everyone in my life seems to be carrying on with their lives but for me I am temporarily frozen in a pit of self pity. It will pass.... :) Thank you for the video.

When my dad was still alive, he would listen to this so he could fall asleep. He loved this music so much. Now that he's not here, I'm listening to this to get over my depression. The worst part is that, I'm not getting good memories from this song. Cancer put him through so much pain, and now when I hear this all I can think about how cancer took him away from me. I miss him so much!😩😩 I would give anything just to see him again. My dad will always be my hero💔

Wow I got a glimpse of a "no object" meditation and felt like a comforting cry coming up. It lasted maybe 5 seconds and didn't end up crying. Rest of the meditation was good as well.

I have tuned in again and wow, can I just say this is so amazing when you zone out , it works for me.
