Let's work mobility and balance in this 30 minute routine!
Today we are going to challenge that balance, and it you tell me you don't have any, YOU NEED TO be doing this!
We will start with flowing through large ranges of motion to help with joint mobility. Then move on to balance challenges. Finishing up on the floor with some much needed stretching for the feet and ankles.
Try with me and see that there is so much power and joy in finding balance not only within your body but for you mind as well.

I have been fighting a respiratory cold since Thanksgiving, so this class was amazing! I loved all the balances. The music was soothing and perfect. I have been staying away from cardio with this cold because I can get coughing quite easy, so I've been doing mobility classes on cardio days, and I have to say, that in itself is a challenge for me! I would normally have been going for the cardio no matter how I felt. Not this time. So glad go see you back live this week. Hope you feel better, too, Chris!

You wouldn’t think standing on one foot would be so challenging! My balance has definitely improved but still needs work. Thanks for the great balance and mobility workout!

Oh wow this was good .. I could feel all my leg muscles working hard in those balance moves .. intricate muscle work .. just as valuable as cardio .. thank you great half hour loved it .. I definitely need to work on my hip mobility and flex .. I will keep doing your workouts because I know they will help Louis with his toy at the hand was so funny made me laugh out loud … ❤️❤️xx

Thank you for this wonderful balance and foot/ankle mobility! During one of the balances on one leg, Chris mentions to stand up tall, have good posture in shoulders, neck and this reminded me (as well as mentioning “think of a ballerina”), that years ago, during a workout class working on balance, I was next to a woman who danced ballet professionally and she said having good posture as well as think about lifting everything upwards. This helps my balance every time.

Really needed this! It can be so hard to make time to work on things like balance, mobility and flexibility but boy when you FINALLY understand the importance of all three you are taking a major step to your overall mental and physical health! You will also notice your weight training gets more efficient as your form continues to improve with things like squats meaning going a bit lower with that proper form. Thank you Chris for ensuring our OVERALL health and wellness!!! ❤️

Take the time or make the time! It is so worth it! I did this one early in the day before chaos began. I was still drinking my coffee.😊 The concentrated balance moves were just what I needed to work on. Thank you!

This was a perfect mobility workout for me today. I was so surprised that my balance improved as we progressed through the workout. I loved the extra foot and ankle stretches at the end too!

I had planned on doing this Tuesday. My work schedule changed, and I will just have time for cardio. So I went ahead and did this Monday after work. Balance is not my strong point especially on the right leg but I really appreciate that I can work on it & you’re the one who helped me realize that! I’m extremely grateful that I came upon your channel! I would’ve never imagined that I would even try mobility and now I give it a try. I absolutely loved this workout - loved it, I could keep up with the moves, I felt the stretch, I am a work in progress with balance but I did my best . What I find hard with yoga is all the crazy moves and poses without options. This workout with your options gave me a sense of self and satisfaction in trying my best! Thank you!

Just did this exercise! I've started trying to figure skate with my daughter and the balance we work on is very similar to this. I can only get my toe up for 0.5 sec on ice, but did a bit better on my mat. I'm going to keep practicing! 😅 ⛸️
