20 pound dumbbells for chest press. WHAT!!?? Feeling so accomplished. Crushed this! Now I just have to get rid of the sugar monsters that are preventing me from my best self.

Pushed up to 25 dumbbells for chest press….did 3 to failure….by the end of the month they will be like 20’s!!!! Failure is how we succeed in this practice!!! Happy Wednesday!!!!
I pushed 25lbs today more than ever! I work out by myself and I am always unsure I should go up in weight without a spotter. But today I went for it and did it. 💪. Thanks for the encouragement and extra push. Have a great day!
Did your leg/glute day today from when you were 22 weeks pregnant and it was great! I can't imagine how anyone could think they could fault you and criticize you while you were pregnant. You are the total package - strong with good CV potential and flexibility. And you happened to be pregnant doing things many can't do, period. Keep up the great work and thank you for sharing yourself with us. Cues are great, variations, love that you are mic'd up.

Thank you for the constant reminder that when we hit muscle failure that we are doing it right. I could not get the last three elevated push ups because of muscle failure. And I did keep trying! Normally I'd beat myself up...but instead...I did it right!
Switched my workouts around and I wish I did this one sooner! I have slower found a love for upper body workouts!!! Proud to have crushed this one! thank you Sydney!!!!
Okay so, Ive been working out on RU-vid for about 4 years now. Mainly focusing on yoga, some weights, some boxing. I stumbled upon a video of yours yesterday and tried it for the first time and loved it, I woke up sore this morning. So, today I tried this video and I loved it! I don't know if its the simplicity of the video or your persona or the motivation or all of the above but I cannot wait to continue trying these classes! Im going to recommend my husband try you out as well.
Oh snap! My chest and back are fried. What a burn! I did a 20 min bike ride first to get some cardio in. I was out of breath in this workout and felt my core working. Thank you for this awesome challenge Sydney. Crushed it! ❤❤❤
Holy jello arms!!!!!! That was a great workout!!! I went up in my weights on a few different exercises and am surprising myself of how strong I am getting! I love you Sydney you are the best!!!!!!❤
Friends I’m so happy! I was able to chest press 30 pound dumbbells. I started out pressing 10 pound weights when I began working out with Sydney. She’s the best!
Okay, if we are starting this hard in strength I’m going to need to invest in some more dumbbells! Excited to see where I’ll be at in the next few weeks!
Super surprised by how strong I've become! I was able to push up into 20's for back Flys, a new personal best! This is the 3rd day in a row that I achieve a PR so I'm super pumped about what this month holds! 🙌🏼 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽🔥🔥🔥🥵🥵🥵💯
Surprised myself and feeling confident and strong by going up each round and tried heavier weights I never did before, especially bench press and Flyes. Crushed It!!
Dang I bench pressed 32lbs each arm! The most I've ever done! I am soooo into this strength training month. I am stronger than I thought. I matched Sydney weight for weight! First time! Thank you for believing in us and yourself woman! Lets crush this!!!!
I think if she had a dedicated playlist of proper form on exercise (she has already for lunges, split squats, push ups..in the shorts tab) it would be great too
