Added this to plank, press and push up challenge REPS phase 2 November 2023....I love giant set workouts they always fly by. Love coming to these older workouts to mix things up! 💪

Crushed it!!!💪💪💪 Used 10's instead of 8's, 15's for the first round, but since half of the rounds of 15's I could double arm it, I went for 20's instead of 15's to REALLY push myself. Need to get 30's cause I feel I could tough it out on chest presses AND for leg stuff later on once the Doc gives me the okay to go all out on legs. Got to admit, I am still shocked at how much stronger I am still getting! Love it Syd! And love ya and Dustin! Thank you both for this community!

OOOHH! I've got shaky noodle arm syndrome going on after this workout! I did a 30 minute cardio and abs tabata right before this, so I am fully worked out for today! 💪🏻😅😁Loved it 💖🔥

#Crushedit I will have to buy heavier weights after Xmas. I'm so happy I can now go up in weight. Love your positive attitude. Makes me work harder. Your an amazing trainer. P.s my core still stiff from the abs exercise the other day 🤣 no pain no gain right! LOL ❤
