Let's rock this upper body workout! I am using 5lb, 8lb, and 10lb, dumbbells today but as always grab a set of weights that suit you! Don't be afraid to challenge yourself with those heavier weights-you are READY! We are working for 45 seconds and resting for 15 seconds in our arm strength movements and we are not repeating any movements! We will complete 1 round of each exercise so give it your all from the start!

This month she's not updating it as much on Instagram as her previous programs, but her RU-vid playlist is up-to-date.

Coming in late to the Royal Change family, I never got to see vintage Sydney. It's been a joy to do these older workouts and see her evolution. I was having some shoulder pain today, but I was able to work around it and push myself where I could. Great workout as always.

Hi Sydney!! I came across your video! You have amazing energy! I am looking to get back to where I was when I was active. This is a nice thought out upper body workout! I look forward to seeing and trying more of your workouts! I am purchasing a dumbbell set at the lower end of weight to start out!

Crushed it! I loved her closing talk about it doesn’t matter the time you workout, it’s the effort. With a little baby it’s nice to hear that because I can only do the 30 minute workout right now ❤
