I LOVED THIS WORKOUT!!! I found one of your workouts about a month ago when I was searching for something new. My 2 sisters and I are in a challenge with each other and since January 1st, we have been working out 6 days a week, and then checking in with each other with what we did. I shared your workout and now we’re all doing your workouts!! Since I’ve been doing your videos, I’ve gone up in weights TWICE. 💪 But the thing I came on here to say was how much I appreciate your encouragement. Your kindness shines through every word!! You encouraging us to go up in weight (I went from 10 to 12 on my flys today!) is just so helpful, but what I love even more is how you are encouraging us in LIFE. THANK YOU, for ALL you do. You are 100% correct about pushing ourselves Sydney. I'm so happy that I accidentally found you. Your positive vibes and encouragement really helps me. I've a few limiting beliefs about myself and past failures, which I let get the best of me. Since, I started working out with you, read your story, and had the pleasure of meeting you in Central Park, NY (my home town), my life has changed for the better. You and a very close spiritual friend I made also here on RU-vid, Obinna Ejimogu ( God Backed channel) have given me more hope and determination that I already had and didn't know it. I have to say that social media does work in mysterious ways. I've crushed every workout this week and plan on crushing my past failures so I can have a more productive future. Please wish me luck Sydney as I prep for a big 6 hour test that I must crush to move my career forward.Yes, I get test anxiety and have a hard time sitting still for long periods of time. It's not easy doing everything by myself but I strive to give every day my best and pray God hears and helps me. Thank you so much for last night awesome live and for everything you do. GREAT workout!!! I actually picked up a heavier weight I've never used for triceps for the end of the workout challenge! Like Sydney says, you'll never know until you try it! It was most definitely challenging, but I surprised myself and CRUSHED IT!!! YES!!! 💪Have a blessed day y'all !!

I love working upper body!! 💗💪🏻 This was great Sydney!! Loved the moves we did that we don’t do often like the twisting hammer curl & the pronated back row! I did two variations of shoulder press for the last 2 rounds and then added a 10 minute pilates style back burnout for the lower back because I don’t spend enough time on my poor lower back! 😁 Thank you for all the hard work you put into these videos for us!! ❤️

I loved this workout! Not a lot of rest so arms really feel the burn.and I liked the variations of the exercises we did. Like those triceps kickbacks out to the side. Ouch! Such a small change but made a huge difference. Crushed it!

Woo hoo! This was a short, sweet, but sweaty workout for upper body! I love doing several sets of different exercises in a row for the same body part. It really works those muscles hard, and the fatigue sets in at the end of the second set. I did a 30 minute cardio workout before this one, so it was nice to cap that off with some upper body strength work. I definitely am feeling shaky arms after this!

Woke up with a pinched nerve all the way from my shoulder down my side and was nervous to do all arms but I pushed myself to complete every exercise and the pinched nerve is gone!! Whoop whoop!! 💪🏼
