You guys are already crushing this Yoga Sculpt workout -- NICE WORK! I personally love doing this routine on the days I'm a little sore but still want to sweat. So typically towards the end of the week for me. What days do you like to yoga on? Do you want to see more of these 'power yoga workouts'?
Great workout! Love mixing in some cardio to lift my heart rate. I typically like to do yoga mid week/end of week. I would love more workouts like this; great variety on your channel! I never get bored and it's always good to challenge myself with new movements.
It's been 4 months now since I discovered this video and I keep coming back to it and it kicks my butt every time. I am used to weight training my legs but even though this is bodyweight, my butt is often sore the next day. I love how every inch of my body is incorporated in this and that it helps to improve stability and range of motion. It makes me feel powerful and capable. Thanks so much for this workout and if I ever get sick of this, I will surely explore your other videos.
I’ve never really done a yoga class. I love that your workout schedules provide me with a balanced variety in my workout and I don’t have to worry about picking out which one to do each day. Plus having a schedule keeps me on track and motivated. Thanks!

Lindsey - I love you! Love your workouts, your mindset, your video layouts, and every single time you say “Yes YOU Can”!!!! I grew up with parents always saying “can’t never could”. I have been working from home for months and have been doing RU-vid videos to workout in my “thrown together” home gym. To stay focused and deal with stress. Different self challenges each 28 days (rest 2 days) and then I start a new one. I came across your website last month, and I was like her videos are my next challenge! I love your workouts so much I created my own 28 day NourishMoveLove challenge for myself. 20 days of your videos and 8 days of just enjoyment cardio (has to be outside such as walking, hiking, biking, etc...). So 5 of your videos a week with 2 enjoyment cardio days to equal a week. Movement of some sort every day. I am on Day 15 of your videos! I am loving it! I get physically and mentally stronger every 👏 day 👏. I don’t even wince anymore on push-ups or burpees. 😂😂. I just say Holy Bananas and keep it moving! Thank you for everything you do for us on the other end of NML! ❤️❤️

This was awesome to do after metcon100! A couple months ago, I wouldn’t have been able to do push-ups from my toes or the whole plank series without taking a break. Now I’m able to keep up with the yoga sculpt flow! Metcon100 was just the extra push I needed to break walls down.
I don't normally love yoga since I get bored and want more aerobic or weights involved and not as slow.........so you have successfully made yoga AMAZING!!!! Love the faster tempo, cardio, and light weights!!!! Great for a Saturday workout when I'm sore from working out M-F with you! Please do another one of these awesome upbeat power yoga workout videos!!!!

Lindsey you are a fitness angel! giving us this Yoga Scult after the 45 minute leg day.... I know yesterday was suppose to be a rest day , I need to shuffle the workouts and Wednesday usally ends up being my rest day. This really helped me stretch out some of the delayed onset stiffness that I am started to get from yesterday. Perfect pairing!
Love the combination of strength and stretching. Feels so good. The stretching really helps me perform the strength and cardio moves better throughout the workout. 👌🏻

Truly magical!! I don’t even know what to call this beautiful class🙌🏽. It’s really a perfect workout, nothing better!! I feel mobile, body feels stretched, I got a really good sweat in AND toning! I will for sure do the other yoga HIITs that you created🤩💓. I always prefer to slow it down and not push when my body needs a rest, so I can get it with my 110% the next day 👊🏽🙏🏼

Excellent! My workout partners and I try to do yoga/pilates/barre on Tuesdays and Thursdays to balance the HIIT/bootcamp, etc. days. Keep the variety coming!!
This was my 3rd time doing this, and the plank series is still a challenge haha!! I would love to see more like this, is really THE BEST workout! Perfect active rest day workout, and loved the glute stretching at the end,really needed it! Thank you so much 🙏🏼💓

I love that this was your typical challenging workout that you are so consistently able offer but I think calling this yoga is a bit of a stretch. Still happy with the amount of a sweat I got though!

Love your style! I'm going to put this one in my rotation for Saturday's when I m a little sore from the week. The flow of this was just beautiful! I had to modify some poses, as I'm healing a hip injury but that's what is so awesome about yoga it meets you where you are! Thank you for all your hard work! Your body is rockin! My heart rate was high the whole time and I burned 300 calories!
Another great workout! I thought this yoga based workout would be "easier" than the other strength trainings videos of yours I usually do, but boy was I wrong! Great workout and excellent mix of cardio and yoga. It seemed like the second side of yoga moves went faster than the first side, in which you explained things. If you could keep both sides even in terms of time, I for one would really appreciate it and not rushed on side 2! Amazing class though! So glad I found your channel!
