I don’t think they were banned like they passed a law againist it. I just think they moved away from it bc of increased insurance costs and liability for the company. Not a law
@@PayMe2Play he probably also felt sorry for the boys when the delivery guy took off with their money! Which they gave for him to buy some beers but instead spent it on himself!
The average time should be an hour. Especially in densely packed cities. As most pizza places are throwing pizzas out the door the door 24/7. Business is never slow for pizza .
I use to work for Domino's during this era of the 30 minutes or less or your Pizza is Free! Let me tell you, we ran red lights, stop signs, never came to complete stops and took major risks, not to mention drove way to fast! If we didnt' get hat pizza there in 30 minutes our boss would flip the fk out on us!! Good times though!! 🐹👻👻 P.s I never crashed or got a ticket. But There were cops who saw me run red lights and definitely speed and pass on no passing lanes... I think it's cuz they realized I was a Pizza delivery guy with the sign on the car and everything!
@@southsidesaiyan8641 yeah I believe the part about driving too fast and recklessly... Because all motorcyclist are douchebags who think they're cool and laws don't apply to them... it's a very well known fact. The only part that is hard to believe is that cops saw him and didn't want to go after him because he delivers pizzas. That's bs.
@@southsidesaiyan8641 I'll have you know that person was the most popular person in their school and was sleeping with their teacher. The only problem is they were home schooled and their mom was the teacher.
Hm. Seems like me and another coworker's curse... on the way to work, the amount of obstacles and dangers are relative to how little time we have left to get there. Leave early? No one's on the road. Running two minutes late? Old people are crossing the road, kids are playing street hockey, every light's red, there's a funeral procession in progress, and a train is parked on tracks which haven't been used in 30 years.
Fun fact, this was based on a true story only in the real story the pizza guy dies from getting blown up because the police don’t believe it’s a real bomb, they keep their guns pointed at the guy and tell him to shut it. Watch documentary Evil Genius.
It's such a plot twist story it sounds fake The bomb pizza delivery guy was discovered to be in on it but believed the bomb was fake, thwn it turns out it's real and the other guys knew it and then he exploded by "accident"
Our pizza hut shut down, so the closest one is 2 towns away. They deliver to us. They don't like it and it takes FOREVER, but they'll do it. If you call them they tell you they won't, but if you use the website or the app they're forced to. One of the guys told me corporate makes them do it, but if they get a call they'll just lie and tell customers no. Which... fair enough.
There was a pizza spot in my old town that had the same deal, free order if delivered within 30 minutes, except they had a distance limit and an actual map on their website that outlines the reasonably accessible locations 😂
Kinda based on a true story, pizza guy in Erie, PA had a bomb strapped to his neck n told to rob a bank, bomb went off, caught the people behind it like 13 years later
@Wildlife warrior of course they're not gonna say they based a comedy off of a horrific ordeal that wasn't solved by the time the movie came out but it's obvious they knew about it
I remember this opening song from the Attract Mode and one of the trailers for EA Sports NCAA Football 10 and the official theme song for WWE Survivor Series 2007! Man, do I love The Hives!
Find it funny so many comments are about O'Douls. It's literally the beer you drink when you want to quit drinking, forced to quit drinking, or dumb enough to not know it doesn't have alcohol in it.
@@cerealfamine1@ 1:22 it shows an auto console followed by a manual brake pedal (which are universally a single foot pedal). People don’t swap pedals. But people do swap transmissions don’t complete the details.
Already been said, but they don't do the 30 minute rule anymore because a lot of accidents and deaths happened while trying to get the delivery down, it's also why Papa Johns has your topper monitor everything you do, because something happened with a driver on a delivery.
Lol, i remember watching an old 80s movie. And the delivery guy was driving wild, made me dream of being a pizza delivery person, lol. Never achieved that dream though..
It cuts to the pizza guy chilling on his porch drinking Budweiser. But there was a deleted scene where the boss confronts him for stealing that money from those boys.
Ben Conrad is a cinema driving mastermind and he directed this, and I love him (I just learned about him 5 mins ago) but when drivers just hit a curb like it's no big deal, it always bothers me. I barely knicked a curb when I was learning to drift and the car was basically totaled. Curbs will end your life and I don't appreciate the disrespect to me, or curbs, by acting like they won't absolutely cripple your car like shown @ 0:42
