I would do this again, but make the rules more strict. Maybe give them 4 routes and you can only catch one pokemon from each route.

Hope you do more of this stuff, its extremely fun to see not completely competitive teams being fought with, feels more like the actual in game battles where teams are more haphazard and generally based on whatever you can find.

You should do a series where you battle a friend on showdown where you have like 5 minutes to build a team and each player can pick a Pokémon beforehand and if you have that Pokémon on your team you can’t use it.

Heres a suggestion ‼ The big open area is off limits, and youre ONLY allowed to katch 2 pokemon per area you choose. And you KANT teach it any new moves. I think this would be fun kuz alot of awesone pokemon are in the open area and it would be more of a challenge
