There is room in the front yard to build a two-story structure with double garage on the ground floor and a two-bedroom apartment above. The original structure could become a granny cottage or a rental for a couple of college students.
upstairs you'll have to dive into that bed., could be fun for lovers. For a couple without kids living downstairs it is ok. the thing also is that house stands on poles, it is prefab and I don't like that deck. A whapping 325000 USD??????!
Good luck with that. A tiny house on a piece of land deep in the boonies, no water, no electricity, no septic no shopping or healthcare facilities . 325,00 is too much for this place even with today's inflated prices, but 125,000 won't get you much nowadays.
