Thank you so much for your tips as always, I don't know how this is free 😂. I'd love to see a video about choosing the right material/songs for an audition.
Hahaha! I can hear you saying this. And also... I feel like that's exactly what we do on this channel. But also, yes, DON'T give other actor's notes. Total pet peeve of mine. Perhaps... I see a new video in the making....
Another wonderful episode as always guys. As a black person with a LOT of hair and the same hair type as Adrienne, I'd love to see a WIG Prep video! It'll be so nice to finally see someone with our hair texture doing a video on it!
As a freshman in high school I find these tips very helpful. One big one I’d like to mention is always know where your props are and how and when you’re going to get to them
@@32BARCUT Right now I’m currently in The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical as Chiron and the understudy for Percy. A few weeks ago we were running the show for the first time and I forgot Percy’s sword that he grabs from my wheelchair and the pen I throw to him and I felt so unprepared
Walker/Cook tutorials are officially a "Thing" in my career! Gems & Pearls with every video. Re: making a "bad script/line work." I heard an interview with the late Patrick Swayze, where he said he worked like hell to make, 'Nobody puts Baby in a corner,' work. Hard work, iconic line.
I really want to be a musical actress. But I am from Turkey and we dont have any Musical Theatre Universties here. So I wanna study abroad and that makes everything harder. I really need advices. Cause there is no ona who can be a role model to me. Thank you so so so much for this video. I really want to see more videos. Like tips for the auditions and that kind of staff! Have a lovely day.
You got me on the lashes!! I have a set but for the life of me, I can't seem to get them on right. And mine are the magnetic kind lol! Great stuff guys!
@@32BARCUT I got my set from Amazon. They are pretty neat. I'm just horrible at putting on the magnetic liner that the lashes stick to. Can't get them on straight.
Right! Just learning enough piano to play your part one note/rhythm at a time. It’s a skill that you can learn and will use your entire musical career. In musical theater, we call playing the solo vocal lines “plunking.”
I just finished a production of Shrek the Musical as the Big Bad Wolf. I had a campy, exaggerated drag look with fake eyelashes...I learned a lot applying them myself and I still have issues after the 8-show run...
If i could make a suggestion or maybe ask a question do you think you could do Interviews with actors in High School and Fans Maybe? i would be interested if so!
We love that suggestion! Right now we are swamped in a few other endeavors, but we will keep that idea in mind for the future! Thanks for watching and sharing!
