I use the NJoy daily’s when I am places I can’t smoke…no I haven’t quit yet…but I’ve cut back! It like the daily’s because they are shaped like a cigarette. I agree, lesser of two evils!

⭐⭐⭐⭐ I feel the pain that you went though, more than you know Curtis. I smoked for years 2 and at times 3 packs a day, & the worse type of cigarettes the menthol ones. Furthermore, I was telling my patients to quit the habit, so in other words I was preaching with my pants down as they say. One day at break time, I was smoking with the CEO of the hospital outside in a bitterly FREEZING cold night & wind blowing from all directions. I looked at my cigarette on hand and I said out loud "This is my last cigarette" the CEO looked at me a bit confused. He probably thought that it was my last cigarette of the night, however, that was 1993 and I never bought or smoked any type of cigarettes and I'm still a non smoker. Although, at the beginning I missed the cigarettes at "break time, after meal time, stuck in traffic time,waiting in line at the DMV time, or lastly after sex time. Having said that, I picked up the chewing gum habit. I'm so proud of you Curtis, Stay Safe & Healthy... Abrazos

I smoked 2 to 3 packs of Marboro Reds for over 30 years. I was going to have a total knee replacement and had a consultation with an orthopedic surgeon. Man I had a heart attack at 60 after 40 years of smoking. Fortunately I was lucky - got medical attention quickly and didn’t sustain any myocardial damage. But it sure made me stop smoking!
