The biggest issue is that you typically can't submerge yourself in a pool if you're going swimming wearing one of these. The chlorine will ruin the hair.
There was an amazing shampoo and conditioner that i used in usa. I boight it from cvs. Bioluxe it was called. I actually looked forward to using it every few days. Now i just shampoo once in 3 weeks
Do I spray on the c22 front hairline first to release the system? Do I ever use 99% isopropyl on the base of the hairline at all? I heard Isopropyl dries out the system and is bad?
Hi Curtis, ya I use a conditioner once a week and a leave on conditioner mixed with water spray and also a little olive oil maybe a dime or quarter put on hands then rub it through the brush with your hands then spray water on hair with spray first then brush in hair not to much just enough we also put on skin first on your neck to make it not as oily lightly put on top and sides and back hair and really works depends on how dry your hair is you can do that every other day just idea but it works real well PS as you know the Hair system sticks sometimes straight up in the morning that's why I spray down a little bit with water!! Your hair systems are awesome!!!!!! Keep up the great work!! Please read John 3:16-21 and Romans 10:9-13 and Hebrews 10:14 love you buddy and most importantly Jesus loves you too!!!
Your hair system looks amazing. I just found you. You've answered so many of my questions. I am just about to do a hair system and this video. And all of your videos I've been watching are top-notch.
Hi Curtis or anyone see this comment. After I wash my new unit, is it normal for hair to break in the middle? I dont know if you can call it shredding. But I notice some hairs maybe become too week and it breaks at some point of the hair string when I am brushing it.
Dude, I love your style and demeanor! I've been watching your vids for quite some time now and it's been awesome to watch your journey and evolution. Watching your old videos makes me realize that I gave up too quickly on my own hair system. Now, I have a new one that's been sitting in the box for a while and I'm finally going to reattach it this weekend and give myself some time to get used to it. Thanks man!
If I want my scalp to be seen from above and I have black hair with pale skin tone. If i get poly skin do i need to bleach knots to make it look more realistic?
Glad to see you still doing your thing! I started thinning years back. I still have plenty of hair upfront but now the back of my crown is completely bald. Is there any hair system I could use that wouldn’t require me to shave the front of my head?
Curtis, I’ve been using the L’Oréal vitamino incell hydro resist for 20-30 min. deep cleaning each removal. Do you recommend the Wella over this, maybe alternate them, or just keep doing what I’m doing?
Great to see you again Curtis. As always, thank you for your useful information. It’s so nice to have someone like you who is always looking out for us and making this an affordable reality. You’re very much appreciated.
Good video. I've tried dozens of conditioners, both niche and label brands... 2 years ago I found "Redkins" all soft conditioner. The key to this one is Using it anytime you get your hair wet. There's little to no build up. There are 2 different variations of this one "all soft" . And I believe the other one is all soft ultra or extra you do not want that one Here's the catch, it's expensive.💵💵 Also can be found at ulta
I’ve been following your channel for many years, but never managed to take the jump to a hair system. Tomorrow I have an appointment to see if I will take the jump!
@@goat2503 I had my appointment yesterday, I am going to do it. I have some business trips and holidays coming up in the next 3 weeks so is I’ll get that out of the way and then middle of July I am free to take the jump. I’m at the cross road of shaving my head or going for a system
I use organic Argan oil. And I swear by it. Mine comes in a little bottle with a dropper. Two or three drops in the hand (you may need more or less) and rubbed between the palms before spreading on DRY hair and brushing it through works absolute wonders! No need to rinse: it's a leave-in conditioner. Makes the hair soft, supple, and looking alive! The product can be bought from Amazon and ebay. It's pricey-ish, but it will last as long as Methuselah (the longest-living bloke in the Bible).

@@HairExperience one more question here if you don’t mind…my scalp is becoming more and irritated every time I remove my system. When I watch videos of other users I’ve noticed nobody’s scalp looks as irritated as mine. What am I doing wrong? I’ve tried letting my scalp air out for a few days..washing my scalp repeatedly and even using eczema lotions for the irritation and nothing seems to work. The tape I am using now is the hypoallergenic tape. I also use the walkers scalp protector ..
I am a hair stylist and let me advise you not to attempt bleaching a hair system. I tried bleaching a dark blonde unit in color code 18. I did it properly, weaving and applying highlight bleach in foils and it lifted but not like hair usually lifts. I repeated the process and after another 40 minutes of bleach with vol30 peroxide there were not shift in lightness. I was surprised. After 2 strong bleach applications the hair should have been a level 10 very light pale yellow or even white but it did not lift. They must use some kind of chemical agent to treat the units after they colored them for their stock system color codes. Probably to make the color last and not fade. Wish I knew what they used because no box dye or professional color is this resistant to bleach. Rather then purchase the color 22 and color it darker or put some pieces in foils with conditioner and tint the rest darker if you want a highlighted effect. Then you can also create a shadow root effect with dark roots and lighter ends but a short hair would be difficult because there wont be enough length to get a gradual transition. Also treat the lace with some conditioner or spay the inside of the unit with hairspray to create a barrier so the color does not stain the lace. Hope this is useful.
would you use topical minoxidil and finasteride from hims? main fear is the side effects . i also smoke and vape and see that minoxidil can cause smoking intolerance
I saw a lot of your videos because I am thinning quite fast. Happy that I got to keep most of my hair till 43 though. But finasteride did a number on my kidneys so no more meds for me. The thing that stops me from buying a hair system is that in a lot of your earlier videos the same sentence comes back: ‘What we need to do is try and draw attention away from our hair/hairline so people don’t start staring and looking to see something’s off.’ Hair should be an eye catcher in my opinion. So just wearing a ‘dull’ piece to blend in; no that doesn’t work for me. Seems like you don’t have a lot of options either. Can you do many hairstyles with a hair system? I have very thick hair still at the sides and back; no balding there what so ever. Does that influence the outcome as well?
I highly recommend systems from Hair by MHE. The hairline is awesome. It's not straight across like most companies. I been a customer of his since he first started his company. That's one of the main reasons I stay a customer
