There really isnt a "build" for Horizon. You can unlock every skill in all the trees. They're using powershot Valor surge, with Irivs Downfall, slotted with 5 very rare stealth dmg mods, elite precision arrows. Also using the Sun Scourged bow with frost arrows to put the machine in a Brittled state for increased damage.
