Hey Friends, this is Day 5 of my for 30 days Challenge to make a CONSCIOUS EFFORT TO MOVE MY BODY.
Doing this is super important for me because I do not want to lose sight of my goal to lose 100 lbs in 1 year.
So far I have lost 30 lbs IN 3 MONTHS and I want to keep up that momentum.

Not for nothing, I love Chloe Ting, but I think a lot of her moves are not beginner friendly and risky for injuries. I love how you adapted.

Chloe has low impact versions to her workouts. When I did her shred challenge I basically stuck with the low-intensity version the entire 2 weeks. But yea I hear ya. Not all her moves are beginner-friendly. For this 30 day challenge its nice to make it my own because my goal is really just to move my body "my way"...like u like to say🙂...Thank for showing ur support Sara
