Coucou Émilie, ton cours tombe à point nommé : j'ai chargé en muscu upper ce matin, alors un cours sans trop de chaturangas était parfait😀 Tu trouves que half frog est + intense que frog, j'ai juste hurlé de douleur (genou D très très abîmé) donc j'ai fait 2 rounds de frog à la place...et ils m'ont presque paru confortables, en comparaison 😎 Merci pour cette mobilité des hanches🙏🙏, on en a toujours besoin, et en prime j'ai moins mal au bas do dos maintenant!!! Et bravoooo🎉pour les 10k ! Ils sont vraiment mérités ! !

Hey 😍 you should try one of my "old" videos!! Look for one where I am wearing white leggings and a purple sports bra, I think that's the one that has a modified variation of that shape!!

Emilie 🩵 did you make this for me?! I appreciate it so much whether you did or not :):) 🩷 I will flow with you on this tomorrow morning as best as I can! My son is a physical therapist assistant and he has been working on me and helping me so much. I thought that maybe I had ground away tissue and it felt like the bones in my hips were grinding together. And the front of my hips was so painful I couldn’t cross my legs or anything. Every time I would get up from sitting my hips would be like locked up and I couldn’t walk properly for a minute. I thought I had done permanent damage. I don’t know anything about anatomy as you can tell! My son thinks possibly a hip impingement from too much stress and stretch and not enough strength. He says it is fixable with stretching and strengthening . I feel hopeful now as they are definitely better than they were a few weeks ago. I hope you are having a very nice day and I will see you tomorrow morning :):)

Good morning Emilie :) I started this beautiful practice but realized quickly I am not ready yet. I still am not able to lift my legs out to the side like the fire hydrant with the straight leg or the big circles while standing bc it all just hurts too much. I guess I just have to be more patient and let everything calm down. Once I am able to, I will do this flow every week to build strength :) thank you for all the gifts you share with us ❤️:) and yes we are so lucky to have our son! :):)

@@MsErika1226 Hello Erika, have you ever had yourself checked for bursitis? (Bursitis trochanterica) This can be extremely painful. However, I'm not a doctor - why don't you ask your son whether the symptoms could fit? Get well soon, Gudrun

He doesnt think I have bursitis but he said the treatment is similar so if it is that, we are still moving in the right direction. I really appreciate you reaching out and I hope you have a nice day :)
