31. A week in my life! 

Courage To Be Disliked is an excellent read, a philosophical dialogue between two people. Helps with breaking down insecurity barriers we build around ourselves based off of the opinions of others or negative past experiences. I recommended this book to my kids to help them understand what I’ve been trying to teach them. It was difficult to fully explain what I meant and this book does a wonderful work of relaying what I was saying to them. I don’t agree with every aspect of the book, but fundamentally it can be very useful for anyone struggling to break through their own fears and freely be their most authentic selves.
