I changed my throttle on electric scooter, from HH-100 to LH-100 and it broke my scooter to accelerae, like itll turn on scooter light an turn signals but no power to motor. The scooter throttle now shows a huge E next to gear. What can i do if i cant get into motherboard cause alan screw is to tight?
Hi, sorry to hear about your problems. It look to me from your message that the (E) means error. Check that you connected the throttle wires to match the correct colour code. If the brake light stays on also means your brake is active and this will stop your motor working. Check the brake sensor wires too and be sure they are connected properly . I hope this helped you.
thanks! it turns on the electricity but still shoes a bigE and doesn't let me change gears or throttle the motor. The brake light is not on, so no. The motor is not told to stop becasue there is no brake light on I'd have to push the brake to have the light come on. Here's all I did. I connected a universal adapter to the scooter, and that didn't even allow me to turn on electricity (the lights). Then I put original broken throttle on and it allowed me to turn on lights, and not throttle the motor. So basically me plugging in the new throttle broke my scooter to have a big E?@@michaelmilenamg

Hello my friend. My scooter turns on for a split second and then turns off and won’t turn on again unless I lock and unlock the scooter again then the same thing happens. I checked the battery and it gives the right amount of volts. Do you know how to fix this? Thank you🙏🏽
I think I have the same problem but I don’t have no key fob only the key! The LCD Display doesn’t come on every time to turn the power for the scooter on. It could come on in an hour or the next day!? Any recommendations thank you!!😊
Hi, software on 3-scooster can be done by uploading software from the manufacturer website. Most cases better replace your controller which contains the motherboard and good to go. Hope this helps you.
Hi, sorry to hear about your problems. If you press the on button on the screen and it turns off immediately after you’ve lifted your finger, your screen is faulty and needs repairs or replace. If the screen turns on and stay for a while before going off, then look at your battery to ensure it’s holding voltage. I hope this helps you.
Hi, the scooter comes with seat and the lights. You can also buy the lights or the seat separately. There are many websites now selling similar scooters like mine. Any of them will sell you these items. If you do buy them, the lights will be easy to install but be careful of installing the seat, as you may screw into the battery beneath the deck plate. It’s advisable to remove the deck plate before installing the seat so that any protruding part of the screws can be cut flat before putting the deck plate back on. Hope this helps you.
Hi, sorry to hear that. I think you need to check your battery voltage settings on the accelerator screen. If your battery voltage setting value is lower, the controller will cut off power supply when the voltage reaches that unit.
Hello i have same kind of problem. Lights, Horn, Turnsignals are working. But Display and scooter is not turning on after holding power button. One night before i was driving and everything worked fine. Next day i did check only light and horn works and scooter is not turning on after holding power button. I dont have keyfob with this scooter. What is the issue?
Hi, sorry to hear about your your problems. If your scooter doesn’t have a key fob. Check that the display wires and still connected properly. If everything seems fine but still not turning on, you need to replace your display with new one. I hope this helps you.
okay it was simple fix guys. just make sure your all cables are connected properly. in my case my display cable was loose. hope it helps. =) thank you very much for help
Hi, sorry to hear that. If you don’t have the key then you need to open your scooter and disconnect the controller from the power supply for about 20mins to allow various onboard conductors loose voltage and reconnect it again to try to restart the scooter. I hope this helps.

Hi, sorry for your problems. The first diagnosis you need to do is find the wire that connected to your screen from the power source and disconnect it. Wait for about 10mins for the resistors to loose voltage gains and connect it back again. If it doesn’t work this time then you need new screen. I hope this helps you.

Hi, sorry to hear that about your scooter. If your scooter has no remote key and the battery has power and the LCD is not turning on then, your LCD is faulty. Connect the scooter charger and charge the battery. Look for any signs of water inside the LCD unit. Watch my LCD diagnosis video to help you disconnect, open and visually check inside the LCD for signs of water, loose components on the motherboard or burn. If everything looks ok inside but still not working then you need to replace the LCD unit with new one. I hope this helps you.
