I was starting to worry about homes in Maine, because they're very oddly laid out, with tiny rooms and closets. However, this house was great, both the layout and the sizes of the rooms. It flows well from space to space. I loved your tour, but I wish you had spent a moment on that lovely stove in the kitchen. The kitchen was the best kitchen I've seen out of all the home tours in Maine, and the view was spectacular. Again, great tour 🙂🙂😷😷👍👍. I almost forgot...you would be a fun neighbor...lol.
Really, really nice house. I think the objections to the garage are just trying to get the price down. I wouldn't live any where, especially in a cold climate, wo a garage. The floor tile in the master bath was a little disappointing. Yes, you could spend a wee bit more time in the main floor, especially the kitchen. Thanks for the tour and ignore the critics.
A couple of things I noticed is that you move too fast in the walk through. I would like a longer look at especially the kitchen, that you spent a total of a minute on. Your kind of all over the place, stumbling with your words and putting a mask on the statue was a little ridiculous. That garage is an eye sore, it should not be front and center of the house, jmo. Overall a nice property with great views.
Get RID of that GARAGE ...very bad curb appeal, I want a HOUSE, not with an overbearing garage blocking it's view... It's supposed to be a home not a big ass garage...

I'm glad someone else asked because I was just about to. It's a beautiful house but I couldn't finish watching because his idiot mask was too distracting. Next time lose it. You can't get Covid from the house.
