They can't because then they wouldn't get the most views and see its popularity rating and judge what people are willing to pay for a home. If it's a hyper inflated price, as just about every home being sold in America is now, people just wouldn't look. Besides, they can't get your email, phone number and all that to contact you with future listings and try and talk you into buying this or some other house. It's a business tactic. A janky, annoying tactic but that's the dirty real estate business. I don't trust a realtor as far as I can spit. I know what dirty things they do to get a house or to sell one. I've been on the dirty end of their stick many, many times and have really suffered, literally. And I still don't have a home. Now, while I don't like to lump everyone into the same category, the realtors I've dealt with for the past 30 years or so are just too evil to trust any of them. After all, they do all share their tactics so I'm not taking any more risks. It's a shame...this lady might be a good one but, not letting people know the 4-1-1 up front, I'm going to say that she's one of "them"...
