Well, I’ve finally had a few minutes to watch this. I think you have a solid plan of bracing everything up before lifting it off. I’d probably weld in some 1”x”1 square tubing from the A pillar to B pillar on both side, and then from B pillar to B pillar. Once you get it bolted to solid chassis, and start building a floor, that’s when I’d get concerned about measurements and most importantly even door gaps, and doors that line up without a door latch forcing it in to place.
The main part looks OK to me. I am in the process of rebuilding a customers car,a 1972 Mercedes which was a lot worse. Unibody cars without sills are a real problem,I couldn't even put it on the hoist. 😁😁.
