@@ra8682ra yes, I was born in the late 90s and told about the lost Somalis. These are ancient stories passed down by elders because their families never stop looking for them and they weren’t forgotten. The reer diid part came from the fact they decided to settle in Kenya instead of moving forward to Somalia. But from the stories passed down they were missed and the ancient Somalis did want to find them.
The MP has a great positive outlook of what he wants for his people. May Allah support him. I was school mate to the current senator of marsabit who is also rendille and muslim. He was very pious muslim. I see the same qualities in the MP.

You are an Afrikan not a foreigner, return into your ancestors religious beliefs in converting to Islamic traditions or Christianity you are simply becoming slaves to foreign cultural traditions. Islam is an Arabic traditions for just Arabs and Christianity pretty much a European phenomenon while Blackpeople are largely a spiritual community. Black people need to understand they lost all the northern Afrikan landmass from Egypt to Morocco to the Arabs and at some we were colonized by Europeans. The Somali elders passed the stories of the lost Somalis aka the Rendilles proves they were missed and the ancient Somalis wanted to find them again. They elders passed down to even recent generations. Never forgotten.

I do believe what brother arbele malimo said that Rendiile were muslims. He mentioned many evidence but i noticed that Rendiile still use somali Islamic months like soondheere, arrafo, dago and others.
