Happiness, is a combination of stability, order and absence of serious worry. If you can manage to obtain the first two, then the third will likely follow. Many people are actually happy, though they themselves don't know it. I'm happy, and I know it. Live for the moment, not the day. I might not be happy in 10 minutes time, but I'm happy now.
