DAY 7 Rest and Recovery is needed in order for you to get stronger and results from your workouts! SERIOUSLY...take time to give back, when you feel better you can workout harder and prevent injury! Take a deep breath and just hit play! 🌬

Excellent mobility flow! It was just what I needed. Really enjoyed all of the hip stretches. I’m starting to see more range in my stretching. Such a good feeling. Thank you so much! ❤😊

Thank you, Michelle!! So needed! I loved it. Love how you started out with a beautiful Yoga Flow and then did this amazing stretch session. I enjoyed every second of this and as a person who loves Mobility and stretching, this one is a keeper❤❤❤❤

Thank you Michelle! I LOOVED the warmup flow! Got started outside on the deck, but was too cold here in Quebec city this morning and couldn't get a good range of motion and my hands as well as my mat were too cold😄 so restarted it inside 😊

this was great! It felt so so good. I get a bit confused when you say back of the room or front of the room...it's much easier for me at least when you say right or left . Then I can follow without even looking.

This was great...and perfect timing for me. I am STILL dealing with the lingering Covid cough, which has really challenged my workouts lately. This felt great, and I was excited to finally be able to do a full Michelle workout. I can hardly wait to get back to normal!!

This was a great stretch! I really needed this. I don't usually take the time to do a nice calm class like this. I need to do it more often! Thank you Michelle for always incorporating mobility into a challenge series. That's one sure way I'll fit it in :) Have a wonderful day!

This was such a great mobility stretch sesh. Wow. I tacked it on to a cardio conditioning and it helped release all tension in the muscles and tendons. My joints and muscle thank you 😅❤❤

Maybe next time we go barefoot - just dress appropriately if room is cold but definitely need to get the soles of the feet stretched out better too, as I'm a runner.
