Another favorite one, did it 4 times in 2 weeks :) That transition from low lunge to half-moon to low lunge again was BRUTAL but I loved it. Thanks for all your hard work!

It’s been a few weeks since I’ve done any piyo with you, Michelle… I’ve been focusing a bit on more strength training. I did this workout this morning and wow! I got so much more out of it and could feel how much stronger my body is. Lifting heavy crap is the secret!
