✔️3 Moves Per Circuit (Strength, Power, Isometric)
✔️Timed Intervals (Strength 40/10, Power 30/10, Isometric 20/10)

40: Stack on Squat + Push Up (MOD: Stack On Squat + Standing Chest Flys)
30: Push Up Burpees (MOD: Squat 1 DB Press Out + Thrust)
20: Squat Hold
2️⃣ CIRCUIT TWO:
40: Reverse Lunge + Lateral Raises
30: Lunge Snatch R/L (MOD: Lunge + Clean)
20: Isometric Lunge + Single Arm DB Hold Overhead (MOD: Iso Lunge Hold)

Theee weeks ago I tried this workout and couldn’t make it through the warm up. I completed the Strong in 20 series, as well as a few other NML workouts since. Today I made it ALL THE WAY THROUGH this one! I am so freaking proud of myself! It wasn’t pretty but I did it. Thank you ladies for the encouragement and confidence.

Good morning. I came across you about three months ago. I really was just exploring and wanted to change up my usual routine and rather than focus on pilates, focus on strength. I have done your strong 20, stronger 25, 35, and today I started your 30 I was not gonna work out because I wasn’t feeling great, but I couldn’t miss out on this opportunity to join everyone for day one I felt incredible after, thank you for giving me the strength to build strength

A new favorite FOR SURE!! Loved everything about it. Felt super athletic and got the heart rate going. Because of Metcon, I’ve been able to do all push-ups from my toes in these types of workouts! Also, lunges have always been really hard for me even as a college volleyball player and especially after having my two babies. After Metcon, lunges in workouts like this seem SO much easier! Thanks for all of your hard work in bringing us so much variety and helping us make progress in strength gains!

Whoo hoo! I loved this workout. So good and challenging. I ended up doing circuit 3 twice cause I cdnt figure out the strength move that well the first time. The last 4 bonus moves were my favs! I did the dead bug and runner sit up twice as well to work that core! Loved the creativity! Thank you!

Hi! Thank you so much to being here. You are great, I follow you every other day. Many times I want to just go the easier way to loose weight, like pills or injections, but I ashamed myself for trying it. So I chose the hard but the right way to lose some pounds. Okkkk that COMBO Strength move of bicep curls with deadlifts and rotational lunge was an AWESOME combo move! Also loved/hated the squat/jump but I made my goal to touch my ceiling every jump!!!

So my 8 month old was up at least 3 times last night (teeth??? 😅) and my 3 year old was up at 5:30. I joked with my husband this morning that a nap would be much more productive than working out today. Glad I chose this instead! Those complex moves kept me awake even though I definitely was moving a little slower than usual. Now for another coffee.

This might be my new fave workout! Love SPI, love time drop, and love 90/90s!! Any tips for building grip strength?? I can lift heavy for some lower body or back moves, but it hurts my forearms.

I so appreciate your email reminders and giving a link on RU-vid so I can see it on my tv !! You are simple amazing !! What I’m missing now is someone that can truly tell me what to eat to loose menopausal belly and reduce menopausal symptoms which is the major concern in my life right now. No matter what I do , low carb, keto , IF, vegan nothing helps to reduce the horrible belly fat. Strictly belly fat as I’m skinny all over my body. Chicken legs 😂. Any tips ? Thank you ❤Valerie.

I loved that workout but I did it directly after running 2 miles and I don’t recommend that! I was dying! The stretching felt amazing for my sore legs 🎉🙌🏼
