This 35 min Full Body HIIT Home Workout is a kettlebell workout.
Please find below the script of today's serious kettlebell hiit workout:
BLOCK 01
1. Kettlebell Reverse Grip Stiff Leg Deadlift + Curl Reverse Lunge
2. Kettlebell Hikes
3. Push up Launcher
4. Half burpee Squat Toe Touch
5. Kettlebell Russian Twist Fast Push & Pull
6. Kettlebell 8 Throw & Catch
7. Reverse Plank + 4x Russian Dance + 4x Toe Touch
8. 2x Jump Jack + Hand Walkout + 2x Plank Jacks
BLOCK 02
1. Kettlebell Good morning & Overhead Press
2. Kettlebell Deadlift Land Knee Feet Switch
3. High Plank Twist steps
4. Shuffle Lunges
5. Kettlebell 4x Narrow Dynamic Row & BW jumps
6. Kettlebell Pullover Crunch
7. 4x Mountain Climber & Plank Get Up
8. Ratchet Squats
AFTERBURNER
1. Rollout 4x high knees
2. Front Squat Jump H.Walk Back
3. Wide Star Crunches

It seems you may have had some extra caffeine before this workout.......Manic, Crazy Workout!!!! I have no idea how you can speak while doing these workouts!!! Loved it....it was so fun!!! I love the different exercises you come up with.....the Kettlebell 8 brings me much joy!!!! Thank You!!!

So this Fall/Winter i've decided to drop the standards weights and just do your channel for a change up. I'll sprinkle in some intense Peloton workouts for, but man......Sweat party. I dig them alot. KBs always leave me exhausted, but hoping to find my way. I just say play all and RU-vid gives me a list of 85+ workouts. I'm on 5 /85 as of this post. Geesh! One day at a time. Keep it up.

I love the fact that you let us see when things get super hard! I wish I could get through an entire video but usually when you're struggling a little bit, I just paused the video to recoup before continuing hahaha. Thank you!
