This workout uses dumbbells and optional kettlebells to build strength while keeping your heart rate up for cardio. Start with a back-to-basics strength move, then follow it with a “sweat" version of the same move to intensify. Options for all levels!
I LOVED this format It’s the BEST ! LOVE ALL THE moves and they were CHALLENGING And TOUGH. I feel much better bc I felt tired today but thank-u Amy for encouraging me to keep going!😊😅

So happy to be doing a full body workout again!! I've been going to physical therapy this past month for my hip flexor. You're always giving us such great suggestions to modify if necessary that I did most of this workout with some modifications and it felt really good. Thank you, Amy!
2 weeks and a day done with last month and will add the rest into Saturdays :) But this my friend was a great Monday workout YES added a bit more weight still being protective of my back.

Yup. So predictable 😂😂😂 swings after every circuit. And also the “bonus move” But this workout was a great way to start my Monday morning. Sweating all the toxins from the weekend 😅😅 love the sweat and sculpt together. Got my ❤ bumping
