This was my first workout in a couple years due to injury and life and it was great! I love the circuit style and I love the fact that first round is basics and second round adds a challenge so I was able to do the challenge and several moves but for ones that I wasn’t ready yet I could stick to the basics. Would love more workouts like these!

Amy, I personally really liked this! It was definitely challenging, but not to the point where I couldn't do it. I love workouts like this. 35 minutes is perfect. I feel really accomplished and like everything in my body was worked hard.

I hear ya they may not be your fav but for most of this year I have been doing ‘other’ RU-vidr workouts, and they hardly do them. I noticed a difference in my overall fitness (as I do cardio like swimming/running.) So came back to Amy for the swings and she is just better overall IMO.
