Wow beautiful, would love to live there 😍👍🏼, i like how it's a 3 storey house, cool how you can park a car in the garden but would have to make it more secure, love the background music 👍🏼
@Jane O'Leary I live in an 800 square foot condo so I hear you! Lol I just meant relative to the enormous mansions often shown here, this one was “small.” Emphasis on the quotation marks!
@@sashineb.2114 I wasn’t positive if it was a new build, so I just looked up the home, it was renovated, and is 100+ years old. Thank you for correcting me.
@@dougy_dawg You're very welcome. I live just around the corner, and I can remember when many of those homes were in need of repair. You may have noticed the street sign, "Wellesley Cottages". There are some small workers' cottages on the back street behind this house. You can see one (the white building), up at the end of the laneway, a few seconds into the video. Here is a bit about the Wellesley Cottages, in case you're interested: www.cabbagetowninfo.com/the-homes-of-wellesley-cottages
The house is great, the style is a mix of modern and dated granny style. The car exposed in the yard is an eye sore. Needs to be under a designer car port or even a dividing low laying horizontal fence. There is still work to be done here. Design is suffering in between. Otherwise a good shot at the can for a house with a beautiful curb appeal and a slightly dated interior for maybe a empty nester who is looking for a breach between now and 50 years ago.
Someone might want to check the guest bathroom on the main floor. You see I had treated myself to an egg salad sandwich with extra horseradish for my “elevensy” snack and it turned out to be quite rancid. By the time of my viewing my stomach was fit to be tied and no knot would have been tight enough to stop the earthquake like eruption that was about to rip through my bowels as I entered the abode. Not wanting to disturb the Sani strip across the toilet bowl I instead pulled a “top decker” wherein one removes the tank lid so that I could unleash the fiery screaming liquid party favours from the depths of my bowels. I would like to say that my BM was well formed and could be easily scooped out but to do so would be a lie. I would also like to say that my aim was straight and concise into the tank but that too would be a lie. Who knew that a bowel movement could set off the security alarm but apparently this system is equipped with a specialized heat sensor. An added upgrade to this home indeed. While this home did not meet all my criteria, it did provide adequate facilities for me to, what felt like shitting out everything I have ever eaten!
I guess it's staged at this point so good job in presenting kind of a blank slate/possibilities but as is it's very devoid of charm/personality. It's like a nice airbnb
Usually, staging is always neutral. It's to give an idea of how much space there is without distracting the viewer with vibrant colours, and thus, taking attention away from the house itself.
