Always satisfied with tiny house concept. So gorgeous, little bit but elegan and accomodate every room that i need. Anyway that music made happy in this morning..
Absolutely gorgeous house. Beautifully done. Weird I live in London, this came up in my feed! I do love Murdoch Mysteries filmed in Toronto though ❤️🇬🇧
I love the exterior of this darling Tudor-inspired home. IMHO this is one house where the open concept downstairs doesn’t work. I would have preferred an English country look. Y’all can comment negatively all you want. Thus is just my personal preference.
I agree. Personally I don’t like open plan living. I don’t want to hear a dishwasher being emptied or saucepans clanking etc whilst I am relaxing reading a book or watching TV. Each to their own as they say.
Glad you asked.! The floor is recessed at the entrance because the ceiling height is lower. The tile was chewed up when the sump pump was added ...we need access to it as well as the drain. This was an easy peasy way to cover the unsightly floor and still have access. I'm sure the new owner will do something more sophisticated.... :)
Beautiful home. The interior was a total shock. I know that prices differ depending where you are, but this is ridiculous. I have twice as much space on a corner lot (not crammed in between two houses) in Indiana for $140,000. Might be able to sell for 185K.
Ridiculous, right? I have twice the house on a corner lot with a two-car garage for $140,000 in Indiana. Yeah, I know, I'm in Indiana... But I do love my house :o)
What is the usage of the room at 2:09? Please consider this as a genuine query... I am from a different country, may not know all the living style here. Gorgeous home you have.
Strip all staging furniture pieces, and you'll get some old bathrooms and even an IKEA vanity for a C$2.5M house. Pretty decent nice staging and video presentation, I would say.
The good news: this home is a nice, quaint home just outside of the city. The whole neighborhood is everything suburbs should be. The bad news: $2.5 million wtf
@@janheard3826 Well... yeah it can get to over 105 F in the summer and into the -20's F in the winter... thats over +41 C in the summer and -30 in the winter. Having an up to date modern HVAC system seems necessary more than anywhere else in the world there.
@@mmb659 Why not? There's a porch. Some people like to see who's going by and maybe have a chat. I sit on my front porch, or my side porch, or my back deck, or my patio. :o)
The design of the house is So dark and depressing! Didn’t like those tiny windows, very little natural light…and dark color furniture is adding more darkness to the ambiance!
