I get the heat on, literally and figuratively as I strip to a vest and put up some tongue and groove panelling on the ceiling. This is a tough job to do by myself. In the absence of a third arm, I employ the top of my head. Ouch!
I move the bed and existing cupboards to make room for a couple of narrow Metod cupboards that I cut to fit around the wheel arches. Everything gets screwed down before I cut the worktop counters to length.

The first board was the hardest. Lying on my back on the bed, holding the board in position with my bare feet, screwing it in with my hands. I wish I'd videoed that. 🤣

Mevi I’m pretty sure that it’s not meant to be done with bear feet lol so glad to hear that the van is back on the road might try the contacts at some point just got a three sim for the data for the van then it’s a slow process of materials and saving money to get started

All my data is through my phone - I'm on Three too. I have unlimited data and they removed the old 30GB cap for hotspot, if I ever get the laptop out, that's unlimited too. Only downside is I can't use an antenna.

Ok that’s good I’m on same network hopefully I can get a decent van really not sure what to get but it’s all about the price got to be lwb and a high top?? Just going through the stage of losing my job and looking for another one not a great time for me atm trying my hardest to stay focused I know you went through a similar situation so you can relate I am very determined that I will get were I want to be

I had an idea I would lose my job, but luckily it was about 6 months before I finally did. High top is definitely a priority, but LWB for one person is too much for me, personally. I hope you find the right van.

I've seen some people successfully pin them through the tongue... Or am I thinking of sheds? 🤔💭 My boards have a shit ton of insulation behind, so I needed to be totally sure the boards wouldn't bow out like the first attempt at my ceiling.
