Man, this is one of those moves that looks and seems so easy, but getting past the fear and actually landing it is difficult as hell. This video did help though, I am looking forward to working on this!

another good tip would be, imagine ur elbows tryna meet, n another would be don't let go with both hands at the same time u hav to let go each hand off one by one, I had the same problem sometimes, any one thing that everyone forgets is to do is push off
don't get me wrong it is impressive it just seem like it wasn't named right because the end of a muscle up should be chest above the bar rather this seems like trick that is done once you have completed a muscle up. so if 360 was done while you're pulling yourself above the bar from below the bar to above the bar then it would seem to be correctly named.
How I gain more explosive power to rotate complete? Is it up to just my pushing power? Give me some tips to rotation.. I can spin 320degree that means little bit deficient to perfect spin haha
