I was intrigued listening to you, since usually home tours I skip through if there's to much boring talking or they take to long to look at each room, but you were on point! Again, this home was fantastic! I have seen more and more builders using green in kitchens. I am finding myself really liking the color if it's a saturated tone of green like this one. It truly warms up the space and brings the outside in. Loved it in the bathroom! The wooded lots in this community are really grand. Great job!

Amazing. Really clean design. I think that plant was also placed there to match with the rest of the bathroom. I’d also prefer larger mirrors. The dark backsplash matching with the cabinet hardware is pretty nice 🤔
I can see why you're probably not the best Relator to pick in Central Texas most of the properties you've shown are near a Million Dollars or over, but they're all beautiful homes. If you can I would recommend doing a house tour of one of the houses that are waterfront properties on Lake Austin, great beautiful views there plus all the seafood restaurants have boat access as well. Plus you can get easily downtown if needed since you can ride down the river without much of a problem unless you hit the dams.

But the pricing for the neighborhood is: The builder agent mentioned the pricing in the Preserve in New Braunfels, TX is: Starts in the 700’s for 2400-2500sf with 1 acre, many clients prefer 2800-3200sf which is in the 800’s and 900’s, 3500-4000sf is starting in the 900’s but mostly 1mil plus. We have some clients that are $1.3-$1.4 million at the high end.

It's good that the house is one-story. But the layout is not very good. The designers really wanted to make the house modern, but the ugly kitchen spoils everything, especially the hood and the island with columns. And doors... They made luxurious doors to the backyard from the living room, but ugly white doors from the dining room and bedroom.
