Nice house if you're fan of white marble (I'm not) but I hated the front entrance. The front door looked more like a rest stop on the highway. I guess everyone has their own tastes though.

Pool is not long enough to swim even a short lap. Could be been designed without stairs one end and shallow chair platform on other end, without having to make the the pool size larger, but still able to swim at least a short lap. Also, not sure about this, but the back fence doesn't look like it would keep a dog inside the property (could crawl under the fence). People who buy a 5100 square ft home are likely to have kids, and therefore likely to have a dog. Obviously, that could be fixed, but why do it that way in the first place?

I love the bathrooms, but that view looks like a tornado hit it.

I would prefer the kitchen and living room to be a little wider... Kitchen island would be nice to have minimum 5-6 barstools. Also need 36-42 inches minimum behind the kitchen table chairs when someone is sitting by that wine cellar

Is there a floor plan available?

Great narrator, but lots of things this home builder missed. For example, starting in the kitchen, there's no visible electrical outlets by the stove top - but elements I like, such as the counter top matching the vent hood. But small things like not wanting electrical cables hanging out for my water boiler, air fryer, stand mixer, etc. Yet there's an outlet immediately next to the sink in the coffee/drink nook? The worst place for an electrical outlet is next to a sink that has what looks like 6 inches of countertop. Putting green is way too small, it will be about an hour's worth of entertainment before the person living there never touches it again - there's plenty of other spots a larger putting green could have been installed and visible/inviting to guests. And what's up with Texans putting their TV way too high, like above the fireplace? A flat screen needs to be tilted folks, you should look at it from a 90-degree angle. So many small things that strike me as feature-dumping and flashy from the home builder that really aren't well thought or practical.

My only gripe is the small pool

Very cool house, but that front court yard just seems like wasted space to me. I get that its like a “flavor” or “taste” of a broader Mediterranean / roman / Spanish style, but there doesnt seem to be any purpose there other than a additional walk way and planter boxes. Looks like a missed opportunity to make a statement. Perhaps the feeling of an oasis with a very green patch of grass and small water feature fountain.
