Charming! Love the cottage look, but not all of these qualify as "Cottage" which means small and cozy, not large designer show case kitchens! Some had more of a "farmhouse" look to them! Grew up summers in my late grandmother's house on Cape Cod built in 1776, that was small, cozy and charming and had a cottage look to it as well as the bedrooms up under the eaves! I have butcher block counters over white cabinets as well and a black wrought iron fish hook chandelier in my cozy galley kitchen which I love! That refrigerator with the colonial hinges and door handles looks great!! Thanks for sharing~
Some of these are so lovely... the ones that are NOT A " Designer Showcase " kitchen. ... A cottage kitchen is not usually the size of a " great room ".....
Loved the kitchens featuring the Aga cookers even though I have no idea how to use one. I love the colors of them. They look like something out of a Brothers Grimm fairy tale. The Vikings look ackward and difficult to clean. Lovely video and relaxing music choice. TY!
@@karenbartlett1307 The ones I'm familiar with are wood burning. I've never checked into actually owning one bc they are so dear but the probably make them for gas now. My childminder had a tiny narrow kitchen with a giant turquoise Aga in it. She should have kept it in her walk-in fireplace, lol!
Although a modernist in every other room, this is the "feel" I have in my kitchen: sadly had to pay a fortune to get fridge sprayed by auto shop: Canadian fridge too tall also BigChill: still have vintage stove in yellow and AmericnStandar sink; hate WHITE, STAINBLESS, BLACK,/GREY, INDUSTRIAL LOOKL; should put the "kiutch"in kitchens
