i used to work in an office canteen setup like this, same deli bar, same hot plates etc. our catering company would not hire enough staff so i would have to run/work the Coffee Bar (as i was the only trained Barista) the deli bar AND the MAIN TILL for an office of 700+ people. all of them where so patient and understanding it really took off some of the pressure.
Chef you always. Make all your customers happy I love how you and your kitchen staff prepare breakfast and lunch and make all the customers happy you have a good kitchen staff that like to say to you and your kitchen staff awesome job
I've said this before on your videos but this deli bar looks 2000% better than anything in my area for "fast" food. I would be here daily. Some intriguing combinations for sure.
It's cool how you know exactly how much to pick up and put on the plate or in the sandwich/wrap so it's still a proper portion while looking amazing at the same time.

it may be my ignorance, but I have never seen anyone order butter and cheese on bread without it being toasted. just cold butter and cold cheese. wild for me lol

I noticed twice in the video customers feeling it okay to reach over the counter and grab the sauce bottles then T touching them and then grabbing ingredients after with same gloves SN: no hate towards T just pointing out customers not thinking
