That's a 390...Willow Creek coal mine near Chetwynd

Probably was told by the shovel operator that he/she had a bunch of waste stuck in the box...needed to have it cleaned out first.

He just relised it was Lunch time ha. I reckon the shovel operator told him there is coal stuck in the body of the truck because it looks like there is!
